Founded in 1908, Columbus REALTORS is a professional trade association comprised of more than 9,400 real estate professionals engaged in residential sales and leasing, commercial sales and leasing, property management, appraisal, consultation, real estate syndication, land development and more. The organization is seeking a Director of Development and Community Partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the Columbus REALTORS Foundation operations, ensuring compliance with 501(c)(3) regulations.
Develop and maintain strategic partnerships within the community.
Serve as the lead fundraiser for the bi-partisan Political Action Committee, CORPAC.
Work closely with various stakeholders, including board members, donors, community organizations, and volunteers to advance the association, foundation, and PAC’s mission.
Engage REALTOR members as Foundation & PAC contributors.
Oversee foundation programs and assist leadership in promoting the REALTOR brand to local community, government, and nonprofit leaders.
