Digital Marketing Consultant (Part-Time | Monthly Retainer)
Location: Naples, FL preferred | Remote considered
We are a SW Florida nonprofit organization serving healthcare and human services professionals throughout our community. We connect professionals, provide educational networking opportunities, and support scholarships and initiatives that benefit local seniors and those who care for them.
We’re looking for a creative, organized Digital Marketing Consultant to support our marketing efforts on a flexible monthly retainer. This is an ideal opportunity for a freelancer, independent consultant, or experienced marketer looking to add a meaningful nonprofit client to their portfolio.
Responsibilities
- Create and schedule content for Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn
- Design graphics in Canva
- Write social media posts, email campaigns, and website content
- Promote monthly networking events and fundraising initiatives
- Capture photos and short-form video at monthly events (if local)
- Coordinate marketing projects and help maintain a consistent brand
- Assist with blogs, press releases, and community outreach opportunities
- Recommend new marketing ideas and improvements
Qualifications
- 2-5 years of digital marketing experience
- Excellent writing and communication skills
- Experience with Canva and social media management
- Comfortable using AI tools such as ChatGPT and Claude to improve content creation and productivity
- Familiarity with Meta Business Suite; paid social experience is a plus
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage projects independently
- Photography and video editing experience is a plus
Schedule
- Flexible monthly retainer
- Remote
- Available for occasional Zoom or Google Meet check-ins
- Local candidates preferred for monthly event coverage, but remote applicants are encouraged to apply

Pay: $450.00 – $650.00 per month
