We’re hiring Community Outreach Representatives in Boulder to support major nonprofit organizations working on humanitarian, environmental, and social justice campaigns.
This role involves engaging with members of the public through face‑to‑face outreach
, helping raise awareness and support for important nonprofit causes.
No previous experience is required – we’re looking for outgoing people who enjoy talking with others and building connections

What the Job Involves
Our teams raise funds through direct conversations with the public in community spaces and neighborhoods throughout Boulder
.
You will work alongside a supportive team speaking with people about nonprofit campaigns and encouraging them to become monthly supporters.
Successful outreach representatives often enjoy:

$20/hour guaranteed starting pay (not commission)

Schedule
Our shifts are 7 hours long
, and we ask team members to commit to at least 3 shifts per week.
Available shifts:
- Tuesday – Thursday: 11:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Friday – Sunday: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Weekday and weekend shifts available

What We’re Looking For
Successful candidates typically demonstrate:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfort speaking with new people
- Positive attitude and reliability
- Interest in nonprofit or advocacy work
- Ability to work outdoors and on their feet
- Experience in fundraising, sales, marketing, customer service, hospitality, retail, advocacy, volunteering, activism, or other public‑facing roles is helpful – but not required.
