We are thrilled to invite motivated individuals to become a part of our team as Entry-Level Community Outreach Coordinators. In this impactful role, you will help connect with and empower local communities through outreach programs and initiatives. Your efforts will play a key role in fostering strong community relationships and ensuring the success of our outreach programs.

Job Summary:

As a Community Outreach Coordinator, you will assist in the development and execution of strategies that promote community involvement and engagement. You will collaborate with various stakeholders to create positive, lasting change and support the organization’s goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Program Development: Assist in creating and executing community outreach programs that align with the organization’s mission and objectives

Community Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with community members, local organizations, and other stakeholders to encourage participation

Event Coordination: Plan, organize, and execute outreach events, workshops, and activities that drive community involvement and support our initiatives

Liaison Role: Serve as a liaison between the organization and the community, conveying key messages, updates, and initiatives

Feedback Collection: Gather and analyze feedback from community members to help improve and refine future outreach efforts

Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure outreach strategies are aligned with broader organizational goals

Qualifications:

A passion for community engagement and making a positive impact

Strong communication skills (both verbal and written) for effective interaction with diverse community members

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

Ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with various community stakeholders

High school diploma or equivalent (Additional education or experience in community outreach is a plus)

Must be authorized to work in the United States
