Job Summary:
As aCommunity Outreach Coordinator, you will assist in the development and execution of strategies to build strong relationships and foster positive engagement within the community. You’ll work closely with various stakeholders to promote and support our initiatives, ensuring their success.
Key Responsibilities:
Program Development:Assist in creating and executing community outreach programs that help achieve our mission and goals.
Community Engagement:Engage with community members, stakeholders, and partner organizations to build strong relationships and encourage active participation.
Event Coordination:Plan, organize, and execute outreach events, workshops, and activities that promotecommunity involvementand support.
Liaison Role:Act as a liaison between the organization and the community, conveying our goals, initiatives, and updates effectively.
Feedback Collection:Collect and analyze feedback from community interactions to improve future outreach efforts.
Collaboration:Work closely with internal teams to ensure outreach strategies align with the organization’s broader objectives.
Qualifications:
Apassion for community engagementand a desire to make apositive impact.
Strongcommunicationskills—both verbal and written—to effectively engage withdiversegroups.
Organizational skillswith the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Ability to build relationshipsand collaborate with various community stakeholders.
High school diploma or equivalent (Additionaleducationor experience in community outreach is a plus).
Must beauthorized to work in the United States.
