Position: Full-Time Community Ministry Worker

Key Responsibilities:
• Assess client needs through intake interviews and referrals
• Coordinate and evaluate community-based programs and services
• Recruit, train, and supervise volunteers and student placements
• Maintain accurate client files and program statistics
• Promote The Salvation Army’s mission and community impact
Requirements:
• Two years of relevant experience in Social Services
• Formal education in Social Services or related field
• Valid Ontario Class “G” Driver’s License
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite
• Knowledge of community resources and conflict resolution
