Role Description The Community & Engagement Officer is a full-time, on-site role based in Islamabad. This role is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with students, families, alumni, and the wider community, while promoting the institution’s values and programs. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning and coordinating community events, outreach activities, and engagement campaigns; supporting school and college initiatives; and maintaining effective communication across stakeholders. The Community & Engagement Officer will also manage social media and communication channels related to community engagement, gather feedback to improve initiatives, and collaborate with academic and administrative teams to enhance the overall community experience.
Qualifications

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with students, families, staff, and external partners.
  • Experience in community outreach, stakeholder engagement, or public relations within an educational or nonprofit setting.
  • Ability to plan, organize, and execute events, workshops, and campaigns that support community building and student development.
  • Competence in using digital tools and social media platforms to enhance community engagement and share key institutional messages.
  • Collaborative mindset, with the ability to work in cross-functional teams and build long-term relationships.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple initiatives and deadlines.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Communications, Social Sciences, Marketing, or a related field; relevant experience may be considered.
