My client is a well-established mission-based nonprofit seeking a Compensation Analyst. The Compensation Analyst will join their experienced team and be responsible for compensation review, research, and analysis for the organization. The Compensation Analyst will support employee compensation projects and initiatives and assist with employee benefits administration. This role requires strong analytical skills and experience in Workday is preferred. The Compensation Analyst for the following duties:
- Analyze compensation for employee group 1500-2000
- Partners with Director of Total Rewards on plan design, plan options, and best practices.
- Research employee salary for new and existing positions, including merit increases, offers and employment transfers.
- Administer base pay and incentive programs, including annual performance review and merit increase bonus cycles.
- Assist with job descriptions and FLSA reviews, job evaluations, job pricing and classification, annual merit and open enrollment activities.
- Provides analytical support and data analysis on projects and human resource metrics

Requirements:
BS/BA degree
2 years’ experience in compensation analysis
Salary survey/ review experience require
Advanced MS Excel skills
Proficiency in MS Office
