We are seeking a motivated and dedicated Community Engagement Liaison to join our team at Invictus Inc. Key Responsibilities:
Build and nurture strong relationships with local organizations, community leaders, and stakeholders to promote our initiatives and drive collaboration
Assist in planning, promoting, and executing community events that align with our organizational goals and mission
Serve as the primary point of contact for community inquiries, ensuring a professional and positive representation of our organization
Cultivate and maintain partnerships with community organizations, businesses, and local leaders to support outreach and engagement efforts
Work closely with internal teams to design and implement community programs that address local needs and encourage participation
Provide regular updates on community engagement efforts, including outreach metrics, event success, and community feedback
Advocate for the community by raising awareness about key issues and opportunities through various communication channels (social media, newsletters, public speaking)
Qualifications:
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to connect with diverse community groups and stakeholders
Relationship Building: Proven ability to establish and maintain strong relationships with community members, partners, and stakeholders
Cultural Awareness: Demonstrated ability to engage with diverse communities and maintain cultural sensitivity

Organizational Skills: Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
