The successful candidate will be a relationship-driven, strategic leader with a proven track record in political advocacy, building staff capacity, and fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation. This role is pivotal in setting the strategy for advocacy initiatives, aligning communications to garner political support, and overseeing teams in local advocacy, communications, and membership.
