The Marketing & Communications Board Member supports Tri-Valley Counseling Center’s mission by helping increase visibility, community awareness, and engagement through thoughtful, ethical, and inclusive marketing strategies.
Key Contributions May Include:
- Advising on branding, messaging, and public-facing communications
- Supporting outreach efforts (website, social media, email campaigns, community partnerships)
- Helping ensure messaging is inclusive, accessible, and aligned with TVCC’s values
- Assisting with promotion of programs, events, and fundraising initiatives
- Offering insight into marketing trends and best practices for nonprofits
Ideal Background:
- Experience in marketing, communications, public relations, branding, digital media, or community outreach, with an interest in mental health, wellness, or nonprofit work.
This is a volunteer position, unpaid. We ask for a 2-year commitment. Board meetings are quarterly on Monday evenings.
