Job Description:
This position is a three-year commitment, with the option of continuing for an additional two years. In addition to helping with the ministry at JVC, the goal is to help prepare a new pastor for stepping into a senior or solo role.

Qualifications:
Ordained/Ordainable in the PCA.
We are seeking a new or recent seminary graduate for this position, but will consider other candidates. This role will include mentorship, a presbytery approved internship, preparation for ordination, and many ministry opportunities (including some preaching).

A significant percentage of members come from an LDS background, and the church has performed many household baptisms. The church also has a growing immigrant population, with members from Latin America and Africa. To support this, Jordan Valley is seeking to grow its Spanish ministry;
services are currently translated into Spanish, and there is a Spanish-speaking community group.
