About Greenheart Exchange
Greenheart Exchange, a division of Greenheart International, has been promoting global understanding and cultural exchange since 1985. Our J-1 High School Program connects international students with welcoming host families across the U.S., helping young people experience life in America while enriching local communities.

What You’ll Do as an Area Coordinator:
Recruit, and manage Local Coordinators in your designated region.
Support Local Coordinators in identifying and approving host families for incoming exchange students.
Foster relationships with local high schools to ensure successful student placements.
Monitor program quality and provide oversight and guidance throughout the school year.
Promote Greenheart Exchange’s mission through outreach, networking, and community engagement.
Who We’re Looking For:

✅ Passionate about youth development and cross-cultural education
✅ Skilled in building and managing relationships
✅ Organized, self-motivated, and tech-savvy
✅ Able to mentor and support a diverse team
Position Details:
Department: J-1 High School Programs
Type: Independent Contractor
Start Date: Immediately
Location: Remote/Work from Home (occasional local travel)
Compensation: Competitive team-based placement stipends + bonus eligibility
Requirements:
Must pass a criminal background check
Reliable internet access and home office setup
Completion of a Department of State certification test (training provided)
