Exciting Leadership Position!
We are excited to offer this exciting position to coordinate LVF’s 988 Lifeline Program which is launching in June 2025! The 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline is a 24/7 program that provides free and confidential support to people in suicide or emotional distress. It is comprised of a national network of over 200 local crisis centers, of which Lenape Valley Foundation is proud to be a part.

What You Offer:
Master’s degree in criminal justice, social work, psychology, or counseling.
2 years of direct crisis service delivery experience required
Supervisory experience strongly preferred
Working knowledge of crisis service delivery and involuntary commitment procedures in the state of Pennsylvania.
Possess the ability to proficiently document an electronic health record.
Valid driver’s license and the ability to travel throughout Bucks County and the surrounding area.
Possess the ability to perform the physical requirements of the program, with or without accommodation.
What You’ll Do:
Coordination and oversight of the 988 Lifeline program
Provide clinical and administrative supervision to all crisis hotline specialists and crisis phone operators
Assessment of client treatment/case management needs.
Coordinate services between Lenape Valley Foundation and other community providers.
Recruitment, training and hiring of new staff
Demonstrate strong clinical skills
Engage in assessment of 988 Lifeline Program components, policies & procedures, EHR Services and forms, KPIs, data collection, and quality assurance metrics.
