Position: Youth Pastor: Springboro Baptist Church
The church is looking to expand its youth ministry and is seeking a Youth Pastor to help lead and develop a dynamic and impactful ministry.
The current youth group consists of around 18-20 teens, down from a peak of 30-40. The goal is to revitalize and grow this ministry, increasing engagement and discipleship while making a strong connection with local schools and the surrounding community.

Qualifications:
Is this you?
25-35 years old
Married or engaged, with a strong and supportive partner
A shepherd, leader, and preacher, with a heart for ministry and discipleship
Teachable, resilient, and able to handle constructive criticism with grace
A team player
Must align with the conservative Baptist theology
Strong in connecting with youth, especially through relational leadership and group activities
Looking for a long-term commitment of 4+ years
Has a deep calling to ministry
Has a passion for working with teens
A relational, mature, and dynamic individual
Can provide a solid biblical teaching
Capable of creating an engaging, safe, and fun environment for youth to thrive
