The Youth Pastor will provide overall vision and direction of the ministry. Lead and disciple the youth (middle and high school) in their spiritual journey, helping them grow in their relationship with Christ, embrace their identity in a multicultural context, and live out their faith. The role involves preaching, teaching, mentoring, and organizing programs that engage and empower young people.
Responsibilities:
Provide Bible-based teaching and guidance to youth during weekly Sunday services and Sunday School.
Shepherd youth through discipleship, bible study, worship, and prayer.
Youth Programs & Events:
Plan and lead weekly fellowship gatherings, including retreats, mission trips, and service projects.
Build strong, trusting relationships with youth through discipleship.
Offer pastoral care and counseling
