The Youth Mentor provides guidance, advice, feedback, and support, serving as a role model, teacher, advocate, and ally, depending on the specific goals and objectives of the mentee under Children, Youth and Families.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Possession of a high school diploma or equivalency preferred
Young Adult, ages 18 through age 26, with lived experience who received mental health services, foster care, and/or court involvement as a youth
Working knowledge of computer software and familiarity with databases (i.e. Word, Excel, and Office 365)
Must possess a valid driver’s license and access to a private vehicle for day-to-day job performance
Fluency in Spanish preferred
COMPENSATION:
$20.00 per hour (Full-Time, Non-Union)
