We believe that every child deserves the chance to develop their talents, build confidence, and shape their future regardless of their background. Our programs focus on youth sports and creative skills development, providing kids with equipment, league fees, and training in teamwork and discipline.
Additionally, we introduce them to film making and marketing, equipping them with skills to create and share their own stories.
Role Description
This is a volunteer part-time role for Youth Football Coaches located on-site in Cleveland, OH 44108 in the Village of Bratenahl. The Youth Football Coaches will be responsible for developing and implementing training programs, teaching football skills, and mentoring youth team members. Daily tasks include leading practice sessions, coordinating with other coaches, monitoring the progress and well-being of participants, and encouraging teamwork and discipline.
As well as making sure our children are taught the proper skills to compete safely. We’re looking for passionate and qualified volunteers to help coach our youth football teams! Qualifications
Experience in Youth Leadership, Youth Programs, and Youth Work
Background in Youth Development & Mentorship
Passion for working with underprivileged youth and promoting their development
Ability to work on-site in Village of Bratenahl in Cleveland, Ohio
Prior coaching experience is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in Education, Sports Management, Social Work, or related field is a plus
