Inspire the Next Generation. Shape Lives That Last.

Do you believe today’s students deserve more than information, they deserve someone who believes in them and is willing to invest in sharing answers to their questions?

We’re seeking an engaging, mission-driven educator who is passionate about equipping middle and high school students with practical life skills that help them navigate relationships, make healthy decisions, build confidence, and prepare for adulthood.

This isn’t a traditional classroom teaching position. It 'is' an opportunity to stand in front of young people and leave them stronger than you found them.

Our client has long standing partnerships with schools and community organizations throughout Oregon to provide evidence-based education that equips students with the tools they need to build healthy relationships, develop resilience, strengthen communication skills, and make wise life choices.

If you’re energized by connecting with students, facilitating meaningful conversations, and creating an environment where our youth feel seen, safe, heard, and valued, we’d love to meet you.

What You’ll Do

  • Facilitate engaging, interactive educational workshops for middle and high school students.
  • Build authentic relationships that create trust and encourage participation.
  • Deliver nationally recognized curriculum with excellence and consistency.
  • Create positive classroom environments that encourage discussion and respectful dialogue.
  • Partner with school staff and community organizations to coordinate successful presentations.
  • Maintain accurate attendance, documentation, and program records.
  • Participate in occasional parent and community education events.
  • Contribute ideas that continuously improve program quality and student engagement.

We’re Looking For Someone Who…

  • Naturally connects with teenagers and young adults.
  • Is a confident public speaker and engaging presenter in front of groups, as well as one on one settings, especially youth.
  • Leads with authenticity, empathy, and professionalism.
  • Can facilitate conversations around life skills, relationships, communication, decision-making, and personal responsibility.
  • Thrives working with a supportive team.
  • Is organized, dependable, and comfortable using technology.
  • Believes education has the power to change lives.

Ideal Background – Candidates often come from backgrounds such as:

  • Youth Development, Student Leadership, Community Outreach, Coaching or Mentoring, Nonprofit Organizations, Family Support Services, Campus or Community Programming, Behavioral or Social Services
  • Exhibits a strong commitment and dedication to the pro-life position and sexual purity, while demonstrating passion for the organizations 40-year mission of life empowerment.
  • Able to uphold and respect confidentiality and comply with HIPPAA laws and regulations.
  • Ability to become certified with ASCEND, REAL Essentials, and Dibble curriculums.
  • Strong computer skills with the ability to learn and understand data management programs.
  • Proven organizational skills.

If you’ve spent your career investing in people and helping young people grow, we’d love to hear your story.
