Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Youth and Family Director based in Elgin Illinois. The Youth and Family Director will oversee the daily operations of youth programs, manage program budgets, and lead the development of new initiatives. Responsibilities include staff supervision, program management, creation of family friendly programs, and ensuring program quality and safety. The role also involves collaboration with community partners to support youth development and engagement.
Qualifications
Experience in Youth Programs, Youth Development, and Program Development
Skills in Program Management and overseeing day-to-day operations
Ability to lead programming activities and manage program budgets
Excellent leadership and organizational skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively with community partners
Experience in a nonprofit or community-based organization is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in Education, Youth Development, or a related experience.
