Lead people into an authentic experience with God through music and singing.
SOME
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide strategy and execute the worship element of all Sandals Church services.
This includes the weekend, midweek, and special events.
Lead and care for volunteers.
Communicate to the band.
Ensure the setlist is prepared.
Have an ear for what God says to us and what we say back to God through worship.
Mentor and train potential worship leaders and volunteers.
Build and equip a team of volunteers to do what you do.
WE’RE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO:
Walks closely with Jesus and has a strong prayer life.
Has a natural presence while on stage.
Is invested in the vision of Sandals Church.
Experience in worship and production is preferred.
YOU’RE OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE IF YOU:

Have strong administrative, organizational, and communication skills.

COMPENSATION INFORMATION:
Pay Range: $20-$22 per hour
We will provide a pay rate that fits within our compensation structure based on the candidate’s qualifications and experience. A wage range posted is not a guarantee of a specific wage for a job offer.
