Position: Worship: New Creation Church
We are a young church plant. So yes, we are looking for someone to lead us as a worshipping community. But more than just a worship leader, we are looking for a partner in ministry for our pastor, a community builder who looks forward to intentional missional living where you live, work, and play. We are looking for someone who loves to dream and see those dreams come true as God is building his church through us.
If you enjoy leading worship but long to see all of your gifts and skills used, this could be the role for you. We need someone ready to jump in and eager for all their gifts to be used for the kingdom of God! We will customize some of the role and expectations to meet your gifts and passions in ministry.

Qualifications:
We place a high value on character and chemistry. So in addition to the competencies required to lead worship (plan services, build volunteer worship and production teams, etc.), we value someone seeking to have their whole lives transformed by the grace of Jesus and eager to work shoulder to shoulder with our pastor.
This position is open for both ordained pastors and non-ordained ministry leaders.
