The schedule for this role will be Sun-Thursday 11:00am – 7:00pm.

Job Details

The Workforce Retention Coordinator will function as a member of the InpatientLeadershipTeam, working in partnership with the Workforce Coordinator, Cottage Coordinators, and the Human Resources Department to provide coordination and support of retention,training and developmentof staff competencies.

Acceptable Experience/Training/Education:

Associate’s degree in Social Work or related Human Services field.

At least two (2) years of post-degree experience in the human services field.

At least one (1) year previous training/development experience.

Any equivalent combination of experience and training which provides the knowledge and abilities necessary to perform the work.
