Job Description
Attain Partners is searching for a Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) and Finance (FIN) trainer who can effectively train end-users for one of our higher education clients. This is an initial short-term, full-time role with the opportunity of extension upon mutual agreement.
Job Responsibilities
Apply a structured methodology and lead training activities across the university system for all functional areas within HCM and Finance.
Develop, support and execute communication efforts related to end-user training such as timing, logistics, etc.
Identify training needs be conducting a Training Needs Analysis and exampling current Workday job aids for gaps.
Facilitate Instructor-led training sessions
Develop Workday job aids across all functional areas and develop a strategy for where to house all artifacts for end-users’ ease of access
Required Skills
5+ years of experience in leading training efforts associated with ERP implementations
Demonstrate high quality Workday ecosystem understanding
Ability to work collaboratively in a project team
Ability to travel to the Northeast, if required
Demonstrates ability to stay current in Workday user interface understanding
Effective written and verbal communications a must, with presentation experience

Bachelor’s Degree

Attain Partners is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. Individual hourly for this position is unique to each candidate and will be commensurate with experience, education, and skills, ranging from $80.00 – $85.00 per hour.
