Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with leaders and members on matters related to the Bishop Orders System
  • Place online orders from retail stores and ensure timely delivery
  • File payment documents, track receipts, and submit reimbursement forms
  • Conduct research on welfare, self-reliance, and humanitarian topics as assigned
  • Provide training to leaders and members on welfare, self-reliance, and related systems
  • Share information and resources on welfare and self-reliance to support leaders and members
  • Offer guidance on employment opportunities and help prepare members for the workforce
  • Support the planning and implementation of member-focused humanitarian initiatives (e.g., education, health, livelihood, or community-based projects)
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners to ensure effective project delivery and member participation
  • Carry out other assignments as directed by the Welfare and Self-Reliance Manager, such as organizing reports, preparing letters, and assisting with the renewal of building permits.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, social sciences, or a related field, with at least 2 years of relevant experience
  • Fluent in both written and spoken English and Khmer
  • Strong administrative skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Demonstrated leadership skills, including the ability to guide, train, and support others effectively
  • Customer-oriented and service-minded, with strong interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Quick learner with the ability to adapt to changing needs
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality
