About Us: Pixel Games Studios is the game development branch of Boundless Gamers, a non-profit charity in the gaming community. Web Developer:
We are looking for a technical and solution-oriented Web Developer to build, maintain, and optimize the digital infrastructure for Boundless Gamers and Pixel Games Studio. This role involves the technical execution of our charity and studio websites, ensuring that our platforms are fast, secure, and fully functional. You will be responsible for implementing new features, managing site architecture, and ensuring seamless performance across all devices and browsers.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in web development with a strong portfolio of functional, live projects.
- Advanced proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
- Experience with back-end technologies and database management.
- Expertise in Content Management Systems (CMS), specifically customizing and managing WordPress or similar platforms.
- Strong understanding of web performance optimization, SEO best practices, and site security.
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and write clean, maintainable code.
- Experience with version control systems and API integrations is a plus.
- Excellent communication and time management skills for a remote environment.
