Job Overview
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Associate to support our foundation repair operations. The ideal candidate will be experienced with warehouse duties, operating forklifts, and general handyman tasks. This position requires someone who is dependable, physically capable of lifting 50 pounds, and comfortable working in varying weather conditions.
Responsibilities
Safely operate forklifts to load and unload materials and equipment.
Comply with all safety standards and company procedures
Perform general warehouse and handyman duties as needed.
Safely operate hand tools and power tools
Manage incoming and outgoing inventory, following established inventory processes.
Perform crawlspace encapsulation, including vapor barrier installation, insulation, and dehumidifier setup
Organize, stock, and maintain warehouse supplies and materials.
Assist field crews by preparing tools, materials, and equipment for job sites.
Maintain a clean and orderly warehouse environment.
Follow verbal and written directions from supervisors and team leaders.
Multi-task and prioritize daily tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
Proven experience operating a forklift (certification preferred or must be willing to obtain).
General handyman or construction experience is a plus.
Familiarity with inventory systems and basic warehouse logistics.
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds consistently.
Able to work in hot, cold, and outdoor environments.
Strong attention to detail, dependable, and self-motivated.
Ability to follow instructions and communicate effectively with team members.
A valid driver’s license is required
