Political Affairs Program
This is a part-time, unpaid, remote program of 12 hours per week for 12 weeks. If your availability is limited, you can work ahead and complete the program sooner.
Responsibilities
Leading public and political outreach in your state and district.
Meeting with members of Congress/Government in your area.
Representing The Borgen Project at various events.
Assisting with fundraising and creating personal campaigns.
Mobilizing individuals to contact government representatives about key legislation.
Speaking to groups, classes, and organizations.
Writing letters of support to political leaders and media.
Experience
No prior experience is necessary. We seek passionate individuals interested in fighting poverty, regardless of background or GPA.

This is an unpaid opportunity; college credit may be available.
