As part of Operation: ADULTing(r)’s Outreach Engagement Specialist team, your undercover tactics will penetrate communities to facilitate meaningful connections. Your ability to blend harmoniously allows you to gain valuable insights, understand community dynamics, and tailor outreach efforts to effectively engage with diverse audiences while keeping our activities relevant to the world the young adults are entering. As an Outreach Engagement Specialist at our organization, you’ll be at the forefront of our mission, using your covert skills and creativity to engage, inspire, and make a lasting impact on our community.

Roles & Weekly
Activities:
Volunteer Recruitment Spy Master: a key role responsible for identifying, recruiting, and coordinating volunteers to join various initiatives.
Shifts
Morning / 07:00 AM to 11:00 AM EST – Seeking someone who is responsive, cheerful, and has a can-do attitude in contributing to our organization.
Afternoon / 12:00 PM to 04:00 PM EST
Evening / 05:00 PM to 10:00 PM EST

Adulting(tm) is here to assist high school seniors with responsibly navigating their independence while assisting college seniors with their transition into adulthood. There are millions of young people around the planet with a passion for careers in Science, Space, Technology, Arts & Media yet have no access to technology available in developed countries. The people left paying for the wreck that is the covid pandemic will be future generations of young people.
We’re here to give them a fighting chance.
