Key Responsibilities:
• Develop M&E tools and tracking systems for PSOJ
• Create governance frameworks for sustainability and direction
• Conduct needs assessments for PIOJ’s operational status
• Collaborate with teams on strategic organizational plans
• Deliver training sessions and workshops
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in organizational management or related field
