Key Responsibilities:
Volunteer Recruitment & Onboarding: Develop and implement strategies to attract, recruit, and orient new volunteers, ensuring they are well-prepared to support our programs.
Team Leadership: Mentor, motivate, and manage volunteer teams, fostering a positive, collaborative environment that drives community impact.
Program Coordination: Work closely with various departments to align volunteer efforts with organizational priorities and community needs.
Communication: Maintain clear, consistent communication with volunteers through regular meetings, updates, and feedback sessions.
