Position: Volunteer CRM Migration & Email Automation for Impact
Location: St. Louis
This is a volunteer opportunity provided by Taproot Foundation, a nonprofit creating social change through pro bono connections.
Migrate donor and customer records from Active Campaign, Better world, and other platforms into Content Creator Machine (a white label version of High Level). Create and assign tags, build requested email automations, develop a reactivation campaign for lapsed supporters, and assist with warming the new domain. Details will be provided.
Improved contact data, tagging, and automations will strengthen donor engagement and re‑engagement, increasing the organization’s capacity to raise funds and sustain outreach. This will help increase the number of donations and scholarships that empower survivors and at‑risk individuals to achieve financial independence.
Made for Freedom Foundation will provide contact lists, donor/customer data, tag ideas, and a list of desired automations so the volunteer can begin quickly. Our team will review drafts and grant necessary access.
