Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site role for a Volunteer Coordinator located in Louisville, KY. The Volunteer Coordinator will be responsible for recruiting, training, and coordinating volunteers, as well as organizing volunteer activities and events.
Qualifications:
Recruitment, Training, and Coordination skills
Event Planning and Management skills
Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills
Organizational and Time-Management skills
Compassionate and Empathetic nature
Experience working with children and families in a therapeutic environment is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related field
