About Centurions Michigan:

Centurions Michigan is a dedicated anti-human trafficking nonprofit organization committed to protecting vulnerable individuals and dismantling trafficking networks. Our mission is to educate the community on human trafficking and aid law enforcement on all levels to identify, rescue and rehabilitate victims of human trafficking.

Position Summary:

The Investigation Manager will lead and coordinate the investigative efforts within Centurions Michigan under the supervision of the CIU Director. This role involves overseeing a team of investigators, gathering intelligence, analyzing data, and collaborating with law enforcement and partner organizations. The Investigation Manager will be responsible for ensuring that investigations are conducted ethically, legally, and effectively to support anti-trafficking initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership and Team Management:

Supervise, mentor, and guide the investigation team to ensure thorough and professional conduct.

Assist with development of training programs and best practices to enhance investigative skills and techniques.

Conduct regular briefings and debriefings to assess progress and challenges.

Oversee the planning and execution of investigative operations.

Collect, analyze, and document intelligence related to human trafficking activities.

Develop comprehensive reports for internal and external briefings.

Establish and maintain strong working relationships with law enforcement agencies, partner organizations, and community resources.

Coordinate joint operations and share relevant intelligence as appropriate.

Ensure accurate and secure data handling, adhering to confidentiality and privacy protocols.

Maintain detailed records of investigations and compile reports for program evaluation.

Assess and mitigate risks associated with investigative activities.

Ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards at all times.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in criminal investigations, military, intelligence analysis, or related fields.

Proven experience in investigations, law enforcement, military, intelligence analysis, or a related field.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Excellent analytical and critical thinking abilities.

Familiarity with human trafficking indicators and investigative techniques.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to work collaboratively with law enforcement and community partners.

Commitment to the mission and values of Centurions Michigan.

Proficiency in investigative tools (OSINT), data analysis software, and reporting platforms.

Background checks and relevant clearances are required.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: Up to $10.00 per year
