About Us
VillageTree Health is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to transforming healthcare by addressing health disparities and empowering individuals with complex medical needs. Our mission is to deliver culturally competent care through personalized navigation, advocacy, and holistic resource connection.
Since our founding in 2024, we’ve built a trusted national resource hub serving clients in all 50 states and launched programs that prioritize client-centered care, equity, and transparency. Our newest initiative, the Veteran Voices Pilot Program, will serve 500 veterans in its first year.

As an Advisory Board Member, you will serve as a key thought partner and strategic contributor, helping us shape impactful programs and expand our reach. Whether you bring expertise in healthcare, technology, communications, veteran affairs, fundraising, or policy—you’ll have a meaningful seat at the table.
We’re Looking For:
Community leaders, professionals, veterans, creatives, strategists, and advocates who are passionate about health equity and innovation
Individuals with experience in nonprofit development, healthcare, policy, communications, IT/AI, or community organizing
Thoughtful collaborators who are willing to share their network, insights, and expertise
Your Role May Include:
Advising on program development and culturally competent care models
Supporting outreach, fundraising, and stakeholder engagement
Participating in strategic planning and organizational assessments
Serving on one of our workgroups:
• Communications & Resources (incl. IT & AI)
• Legislative & Policy
• Medical & Scientific Advisory
• Stakeholder & Partnerships
Member Expectations:
Attend monthly board and/or workgroup meetings
Contribute at least one strategic recommendation or connection quarterly
Provide a minimal annual donation of $150
Support 1–2 fundraising or advocacy campaigns per year
Help us grow sustainable, inclusive programs with measurable impact
