Must Haves

HS Diploma/GED

4+ years of experience in direct response marketing including:

Experience video editing + long form editing

Experience managing the media already filmed + tagging

Experience with Mac and PC hardware

Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (Premier, InDesign, Photoshop, After Effects) and Microsoft Office Suite

Plusses:

Bachelor’s degree in film, graphic design, marketing, or a related fine arts or communications field

Experience working with and developing commercials for non-profit organizations and/or healthcare system

Experience with digital asset management software

Bilingual Spanish/French

Ability to tell a story through film

Day to Day:

Insight Global is looking for a candidate that will be responsible for editing videos and designing graphics to create content for the philanthropy team within a nonprofit healthcare organization that they can then publish. This person will be managing all of the media previously captured and recorded, tagging and logging, and working on projects simultaneously. A large majority of this role is focused on video editing and about a quarter is focused on graphic design. A great candidate has strong editing and design skills, an expert with the Adobe Creative Suite, and can tell stories through videos that they create.

This candidate will work the Media Engagement Coordinator, Headquarters staff, and applicable vendors to develop, produce, and organize creative assets for use across fundraising channels. They will also provide technical support for DRTV pre-production and post-production. This position is part of the Direct Response Marketing team, whose focus is on national and local direct response marketing programs to increase revenue and brand awareness for the mission of Healthcare System.

This role is 70-80% video editing, 20-30% graphic design

This team is looking for someone to manage the current content (10+ hours of video content) and create new videos to highlight and shed light on patient stories
