MCVRC seeks a highly skilled, innovative visionary professional to support the non-attorney services to Maryland crime victims and victim representatives, increase awareness with other victim service organizations, and coordinate grant management programs.
Primary Duties and Essential Functions
Develop, implement and track a volunteer program.
Assist in the planning and coordinating of events relating to victims’ rights and services.
Manage a pro bono referral program, conducting training, outreach, and administration of a pro bono attorney panel.
Coordinates with victim service agencies statewide through community collaboration, serving on committees, and participating in tabling opportunities.
Represents MCVRC at meetings and events, conducting presentations as needed.
Supports agency mission.
Other duties as assigned.
Assist in maintaining the case management system to ensure accuracy of record keeping.
Assist management of multiple grants including grant reporting and preparation of applications.

Job Type – Full-Time
Salary – $87,520

Schedule – Monday – Friday; Some remote work available after training
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree in a human service-related field preferred (psychology, human services, sociology, criminal justice, or related field). In lieu of degree, 5+ years relevant work experience.
5 years’ experience with victim services, including experience in trauma and grief.
5 years of data tracking and collection experience.
5 years’ experience with the Criminal Injuries Compensation Board required.
5 years’ experience with Grant Management required.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office Programs required.
