About the Role

The Company is in search of a Vice President of Philanthropy and Strategic Partnerships to spearhead a bold, multi-year fundraising and partnership strategy. This executive will be responsible for driving transformational growth in fundraising, with a focus on securing principal gifts and multi-year commitments. The role involves close collaboration with the Chief External Officer to develop and execute a revenue strategy that positions the organization for long-term sustainability and impact.

The successful candidate will lead a team, oversee fundraising campaigns, and optimize the institutional giving strategy. They must be a proven leader with a track record of securing significant gifts, possess exceptional storytelling and strategic communication skills, and have a deep knowledge of philanthropy best practices. Applicants for the Vice President of Philanthropy and Strategic Partnerships at the company should have at least 15 years’ of leadership experience in development, business development, or strategic partnerships.
