Brief Description
LaunchCode is hiring a VP of Marketing to join our team! In this role you will oversee all of LaunchCode’s marketing efforts. These efforts are primarily aimed at attracting company partners to hire LaunchCode’s candidates and recruiting talent into our talent pipeline. This is a data-driven role with a heavy emphasis on performance marketing. The candidate should have extensive experience in scaling performance-based campaigns across digital and offline channels.
In this player-coach position, you’ll roll up your sleeves to plan, execute, and analyze paid media campaigns to maximize ROI and grow LaunchCode’s network of company partners and its talent pipeline. You will also be responsible for ensuring that ROI-focused measurement is applied to all other digital and offline marketing efforts. Reports to the CEO of LaunchCode Labs
Salary Range: $115,000 – $125,000
Fully Remote
Role Responsibilities
Lead the organization’s overall marketing strategy and execution
Oversee marketing budgets
Work closely with Company Relations, Donor Relations, Programs, Engineering, and Finance to align marketing efforts with all aspects of the business
Develop and execute performance marketing strategies across ad platforms like LinkedIn, Meta, and Google
Develop and execute recruitment marketing strategies to attract applicants into the LaunchCode talent pipeline
Develop and execute offline marketing strategies with measurable results
Set CPL and CPA targets tied to downstream attribution data and company goals
Manage and optimize all aspects of lead generation campaigns
Analyze campaign data and generate insights to inform strategic decisions
Qualifications
5+ years of experience in marketing roles
3+ years of experience and proven success in performance marketing
Proven success in B2B marketing
Hands-on buying experience with ad platforms like LinkedIn, Meta, and Google
Experience with CPL, CPA, and other performance-based optimization techniques
Nice to haves
Experience in recruitment marketing
Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRM platforms such as HubSpot
