Responsibilities:
– Provide visionary, data-informed leadership for supportive housing services.
– Develop clear goals and work plans that promote safety, quality, and positive client outcomes.
– Innovate and adapt service models in collaboration with dedicated staff.
– Champion person-centered, dignity-focused care.
– Oversee clinical, operational, and financial aspects of programs.
– Build and mentor a high-performing management team.
– Strengthen internal collaboration with IT, HR, Finance, and Quality Assurance.
– Lead budget development, monitor spending, and identify new funding opportunities.
– Ensure program compliance with all regulatory and contractual requirements.
– Cultivate relationships with state agencies, funders, and community partners.
– Represent the organization externally and actively participate in advocacy and policy efforts.
Qualifications
– Deep knowledge of supportive housing models, managed care, and regulations (OMH, DOHMH, HASA, DHS, OASAS, HUD).
– Senior leadership experience in nonprofit program management.
– Strong financial and strategic planning skills.
– At least 15 years of experience managing large-scale programs.
– Master’s degree required; LCSW preferred.
