About the Role
The Company is seeking a VP of Global Partnerships to lead the design and execution of a strategic partnerships team, with a focus on aggressive revenue growth, brand awareness, and the development of key partnerships in various sectors. The successful candidate will be responsible for shaping the team, driving revenue growth, and ensuring that the organization’s mission is at the forefront of all partnership activities.
This role requires a leader with a proven track record in new business cultivation, a strong network of corporate relationships, and a deep passion for the mission of the organization. The VP will be expected to represent the company at various events, mentor the partnerships team, and work closely with marketing leaders to identify strategic partnerships that align with the organization’s marketing plan.
Candidates for the VP of Global Partnerships role at the company must have a Bachelor’s degree, at least 10 years of experience in marketing, sales, or strategic partnerships, and a minimum of 10 years in new business cultivation or sales with a proven track record of revenue generation. A network of strong corporate relationships, particularly with marketing and CSR leaders, is essential.
The ideal candidate will have a team-oriented approach, strong leadership skills, and the ability to represent the organization to senior-level partner stakeholders. Experience in nonprofit partnerships and Fortune 500 CSR is a must, with a preference for those who also have a master’s degree, experience with Salesforce, Jira, and large foundation partnerships. The role demands a highly communicative, proactive, and strategic individual who is passionate about the work and the mission of the organization.
