This role is pivotal in driving major, principal, individual, and planned gifts, as well as leading direct marketing campaigns to advance the organization’s strategic plan. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive national strategy for individual giving, with a focus on maximizing donor engagement, retention, and revenue growth.

This includes managing a personal portfolio of high-net-worth donors and fostering cross-departmental collaboration to strengthen donor outreach and communication strategies. The VP will also be expected to provide strategic guidance to senior leadership, advise on donor engagement strategies, and ensure the integration of innovative fundraising methods. Applicants must have a minimum of 10 years’ fundraising experience, including at least 6 years in team leadership, and a proven track record of securing 7-8 figure gifts.
