Volunteer Charity Trustees
Time to Play is a registered charity supporting children and families in Malvern and the surrounding area to play their way to positive mental health and well-being. We offer therapeutic services for children; support for parents, carers and professionals; and events where families can play together.
We are a small, friendly, community-based charity looking for volunteer trustees to expand and strengthen our management team. Ideally, we are looking for people with skills and experience in financial management; people management; safeguarding; or organising fundraising events.
Roles will be tailored to fit the expertise, interests and time availability of each individual.
We ask that our trustees:
are committed to the aims of the charity;
have skills and expertise in their chosen area of responsibility;
are able to work collaboratively;
have strong personal ethics and integrity;
are able to communicate effectively and concisely;
have ideas and vision for improving the charity and maximising its impact in the local community
Previous experience of working in the charity sector would be helpful but is not essential.
The minimum commitment is 8 meetings per year.
