Location: UK-based (remote/hybrid – occasional in-person meetings may apply)
Time Commitment: Approx. 4–6 board meetings per year plus occasional support
Role Type: Voluntary (unpaid, expenses reimbursed)

We are a small but ambitious UK based
-registered charity working to support fire and rescue services globally through ethical equipment donations, training, and partnerships. Our work is built on collaboration, sustainability, and a commitment to safer communities.
We are currently seeking new Trustees to join our Board and help guide the next stage of our development. We are especially keen to hear from individuals with experience in law or fundraising, though all backgrounds are welcome.
What We’re Looking For
Essential:
A genuine interest in our mission and values.
Willingness to contribute time, energy, and strategic thinking.
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a small governance team.
Desirable Skills:
Legal expertise (e.g. charity law, governance, contracts, risk management).
Fundraising experience (e.g. trusts and foundations, individual giving, strategy).
Experience working with or on behalf of small charities or international development projects is a bonus but not essential.
We welcome applications from individuals of all ages, backgrounds, and levels of trustee experience, including first-time trustees.
What You’ll Do as a Trustee
Attend quarterly Board meetings (remote or hybrid).
Offer strategic oversight and ensure strong governance.
Provide guidance and input aligned with your area of expertise.
Act as an ambassador for the charity and help us grow our network and impact.
