About the role:

This role is a hybrid post and your location will be Dyfed Powys Police Headquarters in Carmarthen. As a Triage & Early Intervention Officer you will:

Directly support victims affected by crime & ensure the provision of tailored one-to-one support Assist those victims in ensuring they receive the support required to complete their journey through the criminal justice system to cope and recover from the impact of crime and help people to move beyond the crime and access additional support services. Develop networks of agencies to which victims can be referred for ongoing/specialist support and report on the effectiveness of relationships with partners with a view to improving services delivered by Victim Support Work alongside a team of staff to reflect the community and the needs of the victims and utilise resources in the team to deliver individual, bespoke services to vulnerable victims You will need:
