Role Description
We seek a Travel Consultant to join our team in McKinney, TX. This full-time, on-site role involves providing expert travel consultation, managing travel arrangements, handling customer service, and overseeing reservations to ensure seamless and memorable travel experiences for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and book flights, hotels, car rentals, and travel packages for both corporate and leisure clients.
Ensure compliance with company travel policies and provide recommendations based on client preferences and budget.
Utilize travel booking systems such as Sabre to manage reservations, exchanges, and ticket voiding.
Provide exceptional customer service, promptly addressing inquiries and resolving travel issues.
Coordinate group travel arrangements, including conferences and incentive trips.
Stay informed on international travel requirements, including visa and documentation needs.
Qualifications
Proven experience in travel consulting and travel management.
Strong background in travel arrangements, reservations, and customer service.
A customer-oriented mindset with a sales-driven approach to problem-solving.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
Knowledge of travel industry trends, destinations, and policies.
Proficiency in booking software and travel management tools.
