2. About the Opportunity:

The Training Educator role is designed to enhance learning and performance within the Revenue Cycle Management department. The position is responsible for developing and delivering training content based on adult learning principles, assessing learning needs, and ensuring participants” progress through course evaluations. This role supports the organization by improving staff capabilities and contributing to operational effectiveness.

3. Responsibilities:

• Apply adult learning principles to deliver diverse training content.

• Collaborate with management and subject matter experts to assess learning needs and develop training solutions.

• Monitor participant progress and conduct post-training evaluations.

• Update training curricula and explore new instructional materials.

4. Requirements:

• High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of experience, or Associate”s/Bachelor”s degree, or 4 years of relevant job experience.

• CPC or CCS-P certification with 3-5 years of direct coding experience, or RHIA/RHIT with 5+ years of direct coding.

• 1-2 years of evaluation and management auditing experience preferred.

• Strong knowledge of procedural coding.

• Availability to work 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, primarily during clinic hours between 8 am and 5 pm Central Time.

5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:

• Hourly wage ranging from $31.59 to $44.04.
