The California Decoy Program, with the Boys & Girls Clubs of Fresno County (B&GCFC) manages anti-tobacco prevention efforts in all 58 California counties assisting in tobacco compliance checks. All checks are done in collaboration with the following agencies:

Office of Youth Tobacco Enforcement (OYTE)
Job Description:
The Tobacco Prevention Specialist will partner with OYTE Law Enforcement will attempt to buy tobacco products at tobacco retailers under the supervision OYTE to help stop sales of tobacco products to minors. Our investigators will provide transportation. While our headquarters is located in Fresno, you will NEVER have to travel to Fresno.
The California Decoy Program offers a unique opportunity to earn money, assisting state law enforcement, in help stopping the injustice of underage tobacco sales. We are pleased to offer all enrolled decoys a $50 sign on bonus as well as the opportunity to earn $100-$200 on the days they work.
