What you’ll do as a Dietary Aide:
Hiring for both Full-Time (35 hrs/week) and Part-Time (9-12 hrs/week)
Full-Time Hours: 6am – 2:30pm, every other weekend, every other holiday
Part-Time Hours: 4pm -7pm, every other weekend, every other holiday
Prepare and serve meals, act as host/hostess to provide the warmth of a family with services of a fine dining environment
Bus and reset tables in the dining room following meals
Restock dining room condiments and clean dining room after meals
Adhere to and convey a philosophy that supports the dignity, privacy, independence, choice, and individuality of tenants
What’s required as a Dietary Aide:
Support the mission, vision and values of Bethany Life.
Ability to work effectively with all co-workers in a team environment.
Ability to deliver excellent customer service.
Every other weekend rotation
Every other holiday rotation
