About East Nashville Wellness Center:
East Nashville Wellness Center is an outpatient non-profit mental health and substance use clinic. We recently celebrated our five year anniversary, having served over 1,500 individual patients in that time. We are growing our therapy team.
About the Position:
We are looking for a fully-licensed therapist who can provide high quality, evidence-based therapy to Nashvillian’s in need.
Non-profit: As we are a non-profit, we try to make healthcare as affordable as possible. We do take insurance, and offer a generous sliding scale to Nashvillians who don’t have insurance. We also work with multiple community non-profit partners to provide care to those who may not otherwise be able to afford it.
Therapeutic offerings: We strongly believe in offering high quality, evidence-based treatment. We have noticed a particular need for trauma focused therapy. Experience in EMDR, WET, trauma-focused therapy and / or DBT would be invaluable.
Administrative Duties: We have two seasoned office administrators who assist with all billing, insurance, credentialing, and scheduling concerns. The therapist’s administrative burden would be very minimal.
Model: We strongly believe in an interdisciplinary approach, where therapy providers and medication management providers work together. We hold regular team meetings to discuss difficult cases and collaborate closely on patient care.
Requirements:
- Fully licensed LCSW, LMFT, LPC-MSHP or equivalent with unrestricted license in TN in good standing
- Willingness to seek insurance credentialing (if not already credentialed)
- Willingness to grow with our organization as we grow
- Willingness to offer in person visits
- Strong desire to give back and offer high quality evidence based counseling to Nashvillians in need
- Willingness to be part of an inter-disciplinary team
- Training in trauma-focused therapy and / or DBT is a bonus though not required

Pay: $40.00 – $55.00 per hour
